You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition.

For reasons related to food product safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If a damaged product arrives or there is an error in the order, we will replace it for you completely free of charge. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
